We want to make returning an ELEMIS order as simple as possible. We’re happy to offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in pristine condition. This means items must be unused, unopened, with all seals intact, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Returns that do not meet these standards will not be accepted. To start the returns process, please contact our Customer Care Team by calling 0117 316 1888, emailing customercare@elemis.co.uk with your request, or contact us on live chat. Please include your order number, item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return. If you have experienced any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we have received your order, we will be in contact to confirm the receipt of the returned item(s) and that your refund/exchange has been issued. Please allow 10-14 working days for your return to be processed and for our Customer Care Team to contact you. All refunds will be processed back to the card originally used for purchase. Unfortunately, products bought online must be returned by post and cannot be returned to any retail outlet or store. We cannot refund any postal charges you incur to both deliver the item to you or to return the item to us, unless you have received incorrect items, your order is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Please note, we cannot refund any tax, customs or duty charges that you may have incurred at the time of delivery.
